Who we need
We are looking for a marketing guru with experience, network and deep knowledge across PR, events, research, content creation, storytelling, product marketing, digital, influencer marketing, marketing automation, growth. Gaming and marketplace marketing experience is desired but not a must.
You will drive the execution of LOCGame global marketing and community strategy that includes social media and community channels, storytelling and copywriting, content creation and PR, KOLs relationships, management of the agencies and third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Literally everything of marketing/community/pr/social media/...including:

  • Manage and scale an strong and marketing strategy to deliver on all key responsibilities including managing external agencies
  • Building and managing social and content calendar (currently part in-house, part agency-run)
  • Manage external PR relationships with third party firms and media outlets
  • Manage relationships with KOLs and partner-communities
  • Manage promotional activities, content creation,
  • Be involved in organizing company events and securing company attendance in industry conferences
  • Develop marketing KPIs and oversee them
  • Organize and provide reporting and analysis to measure the success and progress of campaigns/tools (Google Analytics etc);
  • Be actively involved in branding and design.
  • 2+ years of work experience as a Marketing Lead, Marketing Director or CMO in a crypto startup;
  • 1+ years of experience in gaming (desired but not a must);
  • Active writer on medium or own blog;
  • Provable achievements in community management and social media growth;
  • Event management or public speaking experience
